ORANGERIES AS EXTENSIONS

Orangeries are popular extensions; the classical good looks of orangeries often make them more suitable for a kitchen, dining or living area than a conservatory. However, if you are considering an orangery as an addition to your home, there are several important aspects to consider.

As already described, orangeries can incorporate several roof lanterns. The choice may simply be a matter of aesthetics or be determined by site lines from upper windows. Access to cleaning roof lanterns may also determine your choice. To help you make these choices, you can call on the expertise of one of our design consultants, who with their knowledge can help you plan the ceiling and roof and the roof lanterns size and positioning.
